Felicien DesmondThe Royal Barbados Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Desmond Felicien  for questioning in connection, in separate cases, with a number of serious criminal matters.

Desmond Felicien, 42 years alias “Desmond Frog” last known address, Ellis Village, Halls Road, St. Michael.  The subject is about 5’ 9”  in height, medium build, and of black complexion.  He has brown eyes, flared nostrils, and wears a dreadlock hair style.  He has small moles on his face.

Felicien is advised that he can present himself to the Police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.  He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached by the public.

Jody Omar Farnum, 26 years, last known address, Promenade Road, Tudor Bridge, St. Michael.  The subject is about 6’ 1” in height, slim build, and of brown complexion.  He has brown eyes, broad nose, and wears his hair unkempt.  He has a tattoo of a cross and a snake on his right hand and the words ‘Top Thug’ tattooed on his left hand.

Farnum is advised that he can present himself to the Police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.

WANTED

composite- University hillWe are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who is wanted for serious criminal matters committed in the University Drive, Cave Hill and Free Hill, Black Rock, St. Michael areas on the 14 May 2013. 

He has been described as having a dark brown complexion; His age is said to in his early twenties to mid twenties; Slim Build; about 5’ 8” to 5’ 10”; Oval shaped face; narrow nose; and wears a dreadlock hair style. He has cuts through his left eyebrow.

At the time of the occurrences, he wore a dark coloured tee shirt, a ¾ length cargo pants, a dark coloured cap with red under the peak.

Any person who may have knowledge as to the identity of this person is asked to contact the Police Emergency at telephone number 211, the nearest police station, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (4577).

REQUEST FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE

 The Royal Barbados Police Force is requesting the assistance of the public where we are seeking to interview any person who may have been in the area of the Bus Stop at Carlton, Black Rock, St. Michael, between 9.30pm and 10.00 pm on Friday 17 May 2013, or on a Route Taxi (ZR) which travelled from Bridgetown along Black Rock Road around the mentioned time.

An altercation occurred among some men, which may have started on the Route Taxi (ZR) and may have continued in the carpark of Carlton Supermarket.  Anyone who may have information as to this altercation is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Department at 430-7189 or 7190.

He is Dario Devon Drayton alias “Scooby” or “Luke” of Gittens Road, Government Hill, St. Michael.  He is 5’ 4” in height, slim build, brown eyes, has a large mouth and of black complexion.  He has a scar in the centre of his forehead and a scar over his left eye.

Drayton is advised that he can present himself to the Police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice or a family member.  Drayton is considered armed and dangerous and must not be approached by members of the public.

Any person who may know of the whereabouts of Dario Devon Drayton is asked to contact the Police at Emergency telephone number ‘211’, the nearest police station or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).

Man murdered in St Lucy

Detectives assigned to the Northern Division are investigating the unnatural death of Camale Llamar Broomes, 21 years of Crab Hill #2, Crab Hill, St. Lucy, which occurred sometime after 2 am on Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the same address.  The victim was at the time walking in the area when he received gunshot injury to his head.  He died at the scene.

Anyone who may have information concerning this unnatural death is asked to call Police Emergency telephone number 211 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800 TIPS (8477).  Investigations are continuing.

Appeal for Safety on the Road 

The Royal Barbados Police Force is appealing to motorists and all road users to adhere to the regulations governing the use of our roads and to practice safe driving techniques.  Motorists are requested to desist from speeding, improper overtaking and engaging in activities while driving that will cause distractions.  Our roads must not be used for illegal racing and we encourage all persons to report any suspected illegal racing to telephone number 467-2725 or Emergency number 211.

Road Fatality 

A two vehicle collision resulting in a fatality occurred sometime after 3.00 am, on Sunday, December 30, 2012, on the Adam Section of the ABC Highway.  (In an area about midway between the Henry Forde Roundabout and the Kingsland junction).

The deceased is Argyle Walker, 63 years of Thyme Bottom, Christ Church, who died at the scene.  At the time Walker was driving his motorcar which was involved in the collision with another car driven by Anthony Jordan, 23 years, of Lewis Gap, Green Hill, St. Michael.  Jordan was transported to the QEH by ambulance.  It has been reported that he received minor injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed this accident or may have information concerning this accident is asked to call the Oistins Police Station at telephone number 418-2612.  Investigations are continuing.

PUBLIC APPEAL TO IDENTIFY

Sketch Belmont RdThe Royal Barbados Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a man, from the provided sketch, who is suspected in a case of robbery which occurred at Belmont Road, St. Michael in January 2012.

The man is about 5’10” in height, of slim build and he may be between 25 – 28 years of age.  He has a long oval face with severe acne.  At the time his hair was styled in dreadlocks plaited in cornrows.
